PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens, and sometimes your plans need to change. That’s why we've created a cancellation policy with care and flexibility in mind.
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking to hold space for your session.
If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice, so we can offer that time to someone else seeking care. You’ll receive a full refund, or you may choose to apply your payment toward a future session.
For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, your payment will be credited toward a future session, so you can still enjoy the self-care and support you need at a time that works better for you.
Kindly note that missed appointments without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or credit, as that time is set aside specifically for you and cannot be offered to others at short notice.
