TERMS OF SERVICE - MOON MOUNTAIN LIFE
These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you (the client) and Moon Mountain regarding the use of our website, services, and products. By booking a session or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Information
Moon Mountain offers holistic services intended to support wellbeing, relaxation, and personal growth. These services are complementary and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified medical professional regarding any health concerns.
2. Disclaimer
Our services do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions and are not a replacement for medical or psychological care. By participating in any session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book services unless parental or guardian consent is provided. By using this website or scheduling a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Payments
All services and products must be paid for in full at the time of booking or purchase. Payment is accepted via bank transfer, and details will be provided when you book your appointment. Prices are listed in your local currency where possible and may be subject to change without notice.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or may be credited toward a future session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be credited toward a future session. Kindly note that missed appointments without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or credit, as that time is reserved specifically for you and cannot be offered to others at short notice.
6. International Clients via Online Sessions
Our services are available globally and delivered in accordance with holistic principles. Clients outside the UK are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with any relevant local laws or regulations.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we’re committed to treating any personal information you share with respect and care. Notes taken during sessions are kept confidential and are never shared with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.  In very rare cases, we may be required to share limited information if requested by law or if there’s a serious concern for your safety or the safety of others.
By booking a session, you agree to this respectful and professional approach to handling your information.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Moon Mountain unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.
9. Respectful Conduct & Practitioner Boundaries
At Moon Mountain, creating a safe, grounded, and welcoming space is at the heart of what we offer. To honour the healing work being shared, and to protect the wellbeing of everyone involved, we kindly ask that all clients respect the following boundaries.
All sessions—whether in-person or online—are to be approached with mutual respect, care, and presence. Inappropriate, aggressive, disrespectful, or intrusive behaviour will not be tolerated. This includes physical, verbal, emotional, or energetic misconduct.
As the practitioner, I reserve the right to end a session immediately if behaviour is harmful, threatening, or violates personal or energetic boundaries. In such cases, payment will not be refunded, and future bookings will be declined.
We also ask that the space in which sessions take place—whether a physical treatment room, shared environment, or virtual setting—is treated with the same respect. Please arrive on time, silence devices, and enter sessions in a calm and centred manner, allowing the space to remain peaceful and sacred.
These guidelines are in place to ensure that all sessions remain safe, nurturing, and professional—for you, for me, and for the integrity of the work we share.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion if a session is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or unethical.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country or region in which the services are provided or accessed.
